New Releases This Week – May 16th, 2010

This week sees the release of two things that have been a long time in coming. Red Dead Revolver from Rockstar was released in 2004, one year before the first mentions of an upcoming game about a novelist from Finnish dev house, Remedy. Now, in 2010, the old west returns in Red Dead Redemption and Alan Wake finally steps into the light. These are, indeed, good times to be a gamer.

Of course, there’s more to be had. Hit the jump for the full list and let us know in the comments what has you excited this week.

  1. Hell yes Alan Wake and Red Dead Redemption! The new Prince of Persia also looks interesting, but it’ll have to sit this one out.

  2. Sage Knox

This is probably the first week I can remember when there are four games I want to play that all release this week (if you count Super Mario Galaxy 2).
