Good Lord! Enough with the teasing already! We’ve been waiting since 2005 for Alan Wake and it’s so close we can almost taste it! So what do Microsoft and Remedy do? Why, issue another trailer, of course!
We’ve seen all of this before: flashlights, darkness, spooky trees, road flares, more flashlights, telekinetically thrown objects, more spooky trees. We get it already! You had us at the first “spooky trees,” I promise! I don’t want to have to beg anymore…
I’d like to just “Wake Up” and find that the game has already released. Then I’ll finally be able to get a good night’s sleep.
Alan Wake is due out May 14 in Europe and May 18th here in North America. I suppose it could be worse: Japan has to wait until the 27th. Gomen nasai, guys!

I’ve allowed the game to go dark for me…I don’t want to know anything else about it. Since I know little about the actual story and characters, it’ll be great to be surprised by nearly everything =)
