New Releases This Week – March 21st, 2010
Not an especially packed lineup in this week’s new release, but there are a few bright spots. The sequel to one of the Wii’s most hotly anticipated (and crushingly disappointing) launch titles arrives in Red Steel 2. Let’s all keep our fingers crossed there. Also, gamers will get their frequent flyer miles boosted as Just Cause 2 lets you tear up a SouthEast Asian island paradise, while Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey sends players to Antarctica. Finally, fans of retro-flavor will drift toward the classic arcade action of XBLA’s Game Room and the acclaimed indie PC title Cave Story, which finally lands on Wii.

The first thing that caught my eye was “Zhu Zhu’s Petals”…and that’s not even what it said! Stupid George Bailey =p
It’s another impossible week! Just Cause 2 and SMG Strange Journey.
Also, Game Room…I need me a steady influx of crusty nostalgia =)
And of course, Cave Story. How could I leave that out?
I’m curious about Rooms: The main Building – but I’ll wait to hear more before attempting to cram it into my already bursting gameplay schedule.
I was curious about Just Cause 2, but after playing the demo I’ve decided it’s not for me. Aside from that, I’m curious about Strange Journey and Cave Story, but I don’t have a Wii anymore and my DS is being held captive by my wife and a copy of Scribblenauts. -_-
I suppose I could see if there’s a Mac version of Cave Story, though…
DS captivity is a serious matter. Won’t you please donate to the ‘two DS per houshold’ fund?
I have a small child…so we had to get a third DS!
