We mentioned around the time of our recent reboot that we wanted to do some giveaways to celebrate CFD!’s one year anniversary this month and we do our best to make good on our promises. So here we go!

We’re sure you may have heard tell about the Darksiders giveaway, where some early purchasers of the game received a mystery code, the purpose of which was only recently revealed. Well, it seems that CFD! has found itself in possession of a stack of these codes and it would be greedy of us to just hold on to them all ourselves. So, we here at Crush! Frag! Destroy!, being the generous souls we are, are giving away not one, not two, not even three, but four (!) sets of prizes for this particular contest! Each winner will receive a digital Hellbook disc, containing “Darksiders art, videos, and other awesome stuff!” as well as a copy of THQ’s Red Faction: Guerrilla for either PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360!

So, here’s how it goes: we’re going to give away one copy of the prize package through each of three different channels.

• Facebook: If you’re already a part of our Facebook page (you can find it via the box on the right), you’re already halfway there. If you’re not a fan, now might be the time to join, huh? To Enter: Click over to the “Just Fans” tab and leave a post stating you want to enter the contest. Bam! You’re entered. If you refer a friend to join, have them mention in their entry that you referred them and you get AN EXTRA ENTRY! One winner will be chosen at random from all entries. (Please note, we don’t want to set a limit on friend referrals, but we also don’t want you spamming your hundreds of friends with unwanted begging either. Only ask those to join that you know are interested in video games, but make sure they mention you in their post)
• Twitter: If you don’t follow our Twitter feed, what are you waiting for? To Enter: Follow us and retweet the following message – “RT @CrushFragDstroy RT & follow to win a Darksiders Hellbook disc & Red Faction: Guerrilla from CFD! Details at: http://tinyurl.com/yja6y8o”. You don’t have to go crazy with retweeting this one, but we won’t stop you from doing it more than once if you feel like it. One RTer will be chosen at random.
• CFD!: If you’re not already registered with the site, sign up for an account (Use the Login box in the rightmost sidebar). To Enter: Leave a comment in this post. Congratulations – you’re entered! That was easy, right? One commenter will be chosen at random. (Please note, a valid email account is required to register)

“Wait a second!” you say. “I thought you said there would be four prizes?” Ah yes, very observant of you! The fourth prize will be awarded in a final drawing after the other three winners have been picked. All remaining entrants will be dumped into a pool and one final lucky soul will be picked (sorry Facebook fans, but extra entries earned do not carry over to the run-off drawing). So, even if you don’t win the first round, you still have a chance!

Rules

1. You may enter all three drawings, but only one prize will be awarded per entrant and only one per household.
2. The original THQ giveaway was limited to the US only, however, we are willing to ship prizes to winners outside the United States, provided shipping costs are not prohibitive. Please note that you will also experience a longer turnaround on your prize, as we will have to have it shipped to us first before re-shipping it to you.
   
3. Also, if you’re outside North America, please make sure before entering that your console can play North American region, NTSC formatted titles. If not, please refrain from entering, as we have no means to acquire a region/format appropriate copy of the game for you. Sorry – sometimes those are the breaks.
