Aspiring Spartans got some good news coming out of Microsoft’s X10 press event – the multiplayer beta for Halo: Reach is coming soon. Well, soon-ish, I suppose. Where does two and a half months fit into the general scheme of “soon”?
May 3rd is the date in question for the diehard faithful to begin suiting up and blowing the living hell out of each other to stress-test Bungie’s servers. The only catch is that you’ll require a copy of Halo 3: ODST to access the beta, though I think there are probably very few Halo fans out there who don’t already own a copy. If you don’t, however, consider yourself on notice; you’re running out of time.
