If anything, it's probably just going to be one of those "trend" things I keep hearing the kids talk about. I bet eventually we'll get versions for AC/DC, Fallout Boy, etc... That being said, I'll have to hide this from my wife. She's been a card-carrying member of Green Day's fanclub since way back when Billy Joe's mom made and mailed said cards by hand. One could argue that none of the other bands who received their own version of Rock Band/Guitar Hero deserved it as much as The Beatles. That being said, I have to say I'm HIGHLY disappointed in HMX for this one. I mean, I suppose the fact that the tracks are exportable is good for those who want essentially a huge Green Day track-pack, but I really don't think they deserve the kind of treatment that The Beatles got. Well, who's to say? It may just be something along the lines of GH: Metallica or Aerosmith in that it won't focus overly much on a narrative or timeline of sorts, but still... was anyone really asking for this?
