Folks, not even Michael Pachter could have predicted this one. At Saturday’s Spike Video Game Awards, a teaser trailer for a sequel to this year’s critically acclaimed Batman: Arkham Asylum kicked off the show.

While the video itself shows no gameplay or even Batman himself, it does suggest some time has passed since the events of the original game. The Joker has visibly aged and Arkham Asylum has been reestablished, apparently changing locations.

No release date or official title were provided, but a spooky new URL was included at the end of the trailer.
