We forgot to post the first Developer Diary a few weeks ago for James Cameron’s Avatar: The Game. Whoops. However, there are still a few more to come in the weeks before the game launches, which means more chances to see that awesome glowing transparent dry-erase board in action. Oh, how we do love that thing.
In this second video, James and the Ubisoft devs talk about the flora and fauna of Pandora, the exotic, bioluminescent jungle moon that serves as the backdrop for both the game and movie. And yes, I know the plot of the movie is essentially Dances With Wolves in space, but I’m still going to be there opening day with my 3D glasses on. Here’s to hoping the game turns out to be more than just another crappy tie-in.
