“There’s Always a Girl” – New GTA IV: Episodes from Liberty City Trailer

Wait just a second – did we flash back to GTA: Vice City all of a sudden? If it weren’t for the lack of dudes walking around sporting the Don Johnson Miami Vice ‘Italian sport coat-over-pastel t-shirt’ look, I might be more confused. I suppose setting the trailer to Roxette’s “The Look” might have thrown me off a bit, even though technically that song came out in 1989 and Vice City is set in 1986, so it would be an anachronism anyway. But tell me that the song doesn’t scream ’80s to you too!

I’m sorry – I got a bit off track. Where were we? Oh, right.

This newest trailer, entitled “There’s Always a Girl” isn’t technically for GTA IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony by itself, instead serving to promote the entire Episodes From Liberty City package. However, The Lost and Damned gets little more than a few token appearances, with the majority of the running time devoted to the newest DLC chapter in Rockstar’s open world classic.

Enjoy – I’ll just be over here trying to crowbar that tune, along with images of Marie Fredriksson and her spiky, peroxide blonde hair, out of my head. Well, maybe the images can stay, but the song has to go.
