For those not in the know, September 19th is International Talk Like a Pirate Day and to celebrate, TellTale Games and LucasArts are offering up a big ol’ chest of Monkey Island booty!

• The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition is on sale on Steam, Direct2Drive, and the iTunes App Store for 50% off! This deal lasts all weekend long.
• TellTale is offering the first chapter of the new episodic Tales of Monkey Island for free, but only for the duration of Talk Like a Pirate Day (ie: from midnight tonight until midnight on Saturday). You can download it here.
