Puzzle Quest is New Xbox Live “Deal of the Week”

In a war-torn ancient world, the races of good struggle against the oppression of evil. Noble warriors, enigmatic druids, and masters of arcane sorcery attempt to stem the tide of darkness by engaging savage humanoids, giant beasts and the fell undead horde… in games of Bejeweled?

Do you like the addictive “match-three” gameplay of Bejeweled and its many, many knockoffs? Do you have a fine love for sword & sorcery fantasy? Would you wet your pants at the thought of a cheesy fantasy RPG slapped over the top of said gem matching? Well now you can use that extra five bucks in your pocket to go do some laundry because, yep – you guessed it, Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords is the Xbox Live “Deal of the Week” this time around.

Normally retailing for 800 MS points space bucks gold coins, it can be had for this week alone at the lowered cost of only 400. Be swift though, my friends – this deal is only good until next Monday, when it evaporates into mist like a… erm… mist goblin? I don’t know. I’m pulling all of this out of my butt right now, to be honest. Just go buy the game already, okay? It’s fun and addictive. That’s all you really need to know.

  1. Suh-weet! I got 400 points that’s been hanging around, just waiting to be spent. Now I know how I shall spend it, even though I have Puzzle Quest on my phone, and on my laptop. More Puzzle Questing goodness is never a bad thing though. :D

  2. I tried to like Puzzle Quest, but losing too often to a computer AI that seems just a tad bit too “lucky” nearly drove me to madness. As much as I enjoyed the easier start to the game, I don’t think I have the patience to drag myself through the rest of it again. :(
