GTA IV: The Lost and Damned is the Xbox Live “Deal of the Week”

Feel like firing up your chopper and cruising the streets with your band of maladjusted drug-dealing buddies but you need that last fiver in your pocket for gas? Well worry not, my violent, possibly sociopathic friend. This week, Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned is on sale!

Tell you what – because you’re a friend and we like you, The Major told us that we can cut you a special discount: 25% off, but it’s only for one week, got it? After that, it’ll be back to business as usual.

You good for it? Yeah, 25% off is fifteen bucks or uhh… 1200 of those weird-o space bucks you guys seem to use. What? You saying you’d rather pay twenty? Oh, you don’t have it on you now? Well you’d better hurry home and ask for an advance on your allowance then, huh? This deal ain’t going to last forever and we can’t just hang around here waiting for you to get back; it looks suspicious.

  1. You know, I have this but I can’t bring myself to finish it. I didn’t even finish the main campaign of GTAIV and I really should.

  2. I have not picked this up. It’s probably because I don’t own GTA 4. If I did own it though, I would totally buy this while it’s on sale. Maybe I can convince my friend to sell me his for a good price. Hmmmm…….

My brother has this and it seems pretty cool. I liked the grenade launcher. He has yet to finish it though. It seemed like a good value before though and this just makes it better. But I have no need for it as I said.

  4. I didn’t really like GTA4 all that much. It’s a good game, just not one for me. Besides, after hearing about “The Ballad of Gay Tony”, I took a huge step back to examine what I had been playing.

I urge GTA IV fans to pick this up, takes you out of serious Niko mode, and puts you in gritty biker w/ a sawed-off shotty out for blood mode. But i also say wait until the double pack comes out with the ballad of gay tony included
