Two things never get old: blowing up robots and shooting Nazis. This week, lucky gamers get to do both! Shadow Complex and Wolfenstein are this week’s two big standout releases with the second chapter of Tales of Monkey Island rounding out the top three.
However, CFD! would like to recognize a couple of honorable mentions in the field of excellent video game names. Taking the “Most Likely to Have Been Created by a Bored Antisocial 15-Year Old in Detention Because it Sounds Badass” award is Raven Squad: Operation Hidden Dagger. Our other honorable mention, picking up the “Most Likely to Have Been Created While Ridiculously High on Really Good Weed” award, goes to Pizza Morgana: Monsters and Manipulations in the Magical Forest.
We would, of course, like to note that we have not played the games in question – we’re basing these awards simply on the pure awesomeness of their titles alone. Regardless, hit the jump for the full list.

Shadow Complex! *drools*
I can’t wait until Wednesday. Fortunately Trials HD is a lot more fun than I ever expected, so it should keep me busy ’til then.
I actually just downloaded the demo of that after hearing Anthony on Rebel FM rant about it for the last couple of episodes. It’s actually surprisingly appealing to my particular brand of obsessive-compulsive game perfectionism.
Shame it’s $15 though – at $10 I would have grabbed it without a second thought.
True, but it does feature a track editor… *winkwink
Although it doesn’t work like Little Big Planet, unfortunately. You can only share tracks with people on your friends list. It’s a shame, really. Hopefully they’ll do something like release some good user made levels as free DLC or something.
