One of the titles announced at Microsoft’s press conference on Monday was the follow-up to 2007′s highly successful supercop sandbox, Crackdown, aptly titled, Crackdown 2.

Now while we know that the series’ creators, Realtime Worlds, are hard at work on the upcoming All Points Bulletin (APB) for PC, returning Agents can probably let go of some of their fears as it’s known that key portions of the team at Ruffian Games were formerly Realtime Worlds staff. So while the title may be in good hands, what has us more curious is what’s hinted at in this teaser reel: is Pacific City (or its successor) trading warring gang factions for a crisis of a more…monstrous nature?
