For those of you not in the know, here’s a quick history lesson: Fumito Ueda and Team Ico are the group responsible for the 2001 cult hit, Ico, and its 2005 follow-up, Shadow of the Colossus. These games are awesome. You should play them. That is all.

Moving forward, the interweb has been abuzz since yesterday over this leaked footage, supposedly of the long-anticipated sequel, code named “Project Trico”. Sources claim that the footage shown may be around a year old, but regardless of age it still gives you a look at what may be to come.

Following watching this video, two thoughts came to mind: first, I DEMAND a plushie version of the giant rat-gryphon-cat-dog-thing and second, E3 is not going to get here soon enough. Seriously.
