Excitebots Cover*Sigh* Let me see a show of hands. Who out there is excited for…Excitebots?

Anyone? Anyone?

Bueller? Bueller?

Yep, it’s another soft release week, kids. Though I’ve actually heard some positive things about Nintendo’s newest first party title, it’s really hard for me to get too worked up about it at the moment.

Maybe it’s also because here in Michigan, Spring seems to be taking forever to get underway. For the last two days it was in the 70s and gorgeous. Today it’s cool and gloomy once again. The poor trees don’t even know what to do outside my window – we’re moving into the last third of April and there’s nary a bud to be seen on the winter-barren branches. Meh.

So take this time to get caught up on your personal backlogs while you can since it won’t be this dead forever. In fact, May and June are looking pretty damn good when it comes to solid titles.

But if you’ve simply got to play something this week, why not give Dream Day Wedding: Viva Las Vegas a try? I’m not sure who’s dream wedding involves Vegas, but if you want to get married by an Elvis impersonator in a drive-thru chapel, who are we to poop on your dreams? More power to you, I say.

Hit the jump for this week’s list.

You know my boss at work is pumped for Excitebots, but then again he is a bit crazy.

  2. Wow! I had never heard of Stalin vs. Martians but since you had it listed as a realease I check ed out the website. All I can say wow. Seriously, if you the name alone didn’t give you reason enough to check it out then take my advice and go. I’ll wait. You back now? Good. How can you not be at least slightly interested in a game with a promotional website like that? I’m not a huge RTS fan, but this game looks entertaining to say the least. I think I’m gonna have to find a demo or something. Seriously.

  3. The screenshots underwhelmed me, but Dancing Stalin made me ALMOST consider it. I was going to post about it the other day, but I held off. *shrugs* I suck.

Stalin vs. Martians is the game of the week for sure. The site is incredible I especially love the video of Stalin dancing.
