Sony zapped the Game Developer’s Conference with new screenshots from Sucker Punch’s upcoming title, inFamous, as well as the artwork on the left, featuring a rather…dark side-ish looking version of the title’s protagonist, Cole McGrath.
For those unfamiliar with the game, inFamous is an open-world sandbox focusing on a former bike messenger who awakes after cataclysm in Empire City to find a city in chaos and a plague running rampant among the citizens.
Finding himself possessed of electricity-based super powers, Cole has to decide where he falls in this new world: does he help restore order and fight for Good or does he exploit the situation for his own Evil ends?
inFamous is expected to hit PlayStation 3 sometime in June of this year. Check out the screens below.
Well, looks like the PS3 is finally going to drag me to the dark side. It finally has games that I am looking forward to. It’s time to start saving those hard earned pennies so I can jump aboard the Playstation Express.
